WHAT IS NUTRITIONAL COUNSELING?

During a Nutritional Consultation, our Certified Nutritionist will discuss concerns and answer questions the consumer may have regarding nutrition and how nutrients affect bodily functions. Basic physiology of the body systems may be discussed as well. Our Certified Nutritionist can help guide you through the confusion of dietary supplements and help you understand the value of good nutrition. Nutrition is the foundation to good health. The charge for these services is $30 for a one hour consultation.

WHAT IS A METABOLIC TYPING DIET PLAN CONSULTATION?

Our Certified Nutritionist/Certified Metabolic Typing Advisor will design a customized diet plan specifically for you based on a detailed questionnaire you complete prior to your consult. In this day and age there are a multitude of diet
programs to choose from. It can become confusing to decide which program is the right program for you. We believe that the “one size fits all” approach to healthy eating may not be suitable for every individual. Metabolic Typing is based on the concept of optimizing health by strengthening all the systems, organs, and glands simultaneously. The food and supplement choices will be specifically chosen
for you based on your answers to our questionnaire. In essence, your Metabolic Typing Program is a process of “building health”. The Metabolic Typing Program
works by strengthening your weak areas, improving your efficiency levels and maximizing your potential. The entire process unfolds through your body’s natural activities of regeneration, rejuvenation and detoxification. Your Metabolic Typing Program is not a treatment or a remedy for a specific condition. Rather, it is a process that can lead you from where you currently are in your health, to greater metabolic balance and efficiency. This can result in increased energy, well-being, mental clarity and overall good health. The charge for these services is $50 for a
one hour consultation. The human body has an innate ability to maintain balance
within its complex structure which is referred to as “homeostasis”. Please take note: Our Certified Nutritionists are not doctors and as such cannot diagnose, prescribe or treat any disease or illness. Statements made pertaining to the
use of nutritional supplements have not been approved by the FDA. All recommended usage of any nutritional supplement should coincide with the manufacturers labeling
of the product.
